Our experience began as property owners ourselves. Managing our own short-term rentals gave us firsthand experience with the decisions owners face every day, from pricing and guest expectations to maintenance, turnovers, and protecting the property. Northward Stays grew from that experience and from a simple belief: owners should have a management partner who thinks like an owner.

That owner-first perspective continues to guide how we manage every property entrusted to us.
