Our Story
Our story began in 2007, when we met while working in the hotel industry. Hospitality brought us together and became the foundation for the business we would eventually build. Between us, we bring 30 years of combined hotel management experience, overseeing front-of-house service, behind-the-scenes operations, and revenue management. Those years taught us that exceptional hospitality comes from thoughtful service, reliable systems, and attention to the details guests remember. In 2019, we brought that experience into our own short-term rental properties. As owners, we learned firsthand how to balance welcoming guests, caring for a home, and making the decisions that support its financial performance. What began with our own properties grew as other owners approached us for help. Local and out-of-state owners were looking for more attentive management and better results. Their trust became the foundation of Northward Stays. Over the past seven years, we have welcomed guests from across the United States and around the world and expanded our work in short-term rental management and co-hosting. We built this business while raising our family, with our children occasionally lending a hand along the way. Today, Northward Stays remains a family-run business led by us, Gabe and Paola. We bring a hotelier’s attention to the guest experience and an owner’s perspective to every property we manage.
